Taken from a patent application for a drug to combat atherosclerosis.
The problem is I am not sure what "media" refers to in these two sentences:
1e representa el número de núcleos de células de musculatura lisa medidos por cada milímetro cuadrado de ****media****
n aumento del número de núcleos de células musculares lisas por unidad de área en la ***media***
Is it the mean number of cell nuclei? Cell nuclei per mean unit of area? Something else?
