Non-PRO Spanish Other Names (personal, company) pronounciation

The name has been pronounced in Turkish exactly the way it should've been in French: 'ch' as in 'shoe' and the 't' silent. (And in TV, newspapers, books, too, not only by the 'man in the street'.) But I wonder this is the case in its original language, and would like to get it correct in my translation. (It's especially important to know whether the 't' is pronounced or not, because the suffixes would change accordingly.)
