Note from asker:
But which answer will fit in this context? Im not sure about "suppliers number"
Is this like "temporary code"? (I'm translating into Russian)

Province Code

This abbreviation, Cod. Prov. is used in various types of contracts. Some people have thought that it stands for Código de Proveedor, but that would not make sense in the context where I am seeing it - a labor contract. Also, I have read on a Spanish abbreviations website that this is what it means. Also, on the Spanish Social Security website it says that the employer must provide a two digit Province Code on every application. The document I am translating is from Barcelona. The Province Code of Barcelona is 08. The code in the box where it says Cod. Prov. is 08.
