Zona hidrolúdica (piscina de chorros, camas de agua, baño turco y zona de descanso)
All the Google references seem to point to Tripadvisor details in Spanish, with no translated equivalents.
Is it simply "water leisure area"??
Many thanks in advance.

Spa
I would simply use "spa" or "spa area":

I think this is ample description, especially if the specific sections will be listed in brackets (i.e. Turkish baths, relaxation area, etc.).
Although traditionally this word is equated to treatments with mineral water, I would say that nowadays it does not have to be mineral water. In fact, the Oxford dictionary gives the following definition:
"A commercial establishment offering health and beauty treatment through such means as steam baths, exercise equipment, and massage."
"Water(s) spa" is another option too:

Water Wellness Area
I have seen this translated as "water wellness area" in an online promotional site for a Spanish hotel. Link included.

In the link I've attached, it appears that the "water wellness area" is just one part of the spa.
