This is about Cádiz. Shouldn't this be "tardos"?

agree Michael Powers (PhD) : "late Baroque period" or "last years of the Baroque period" - it remains "tardo barrocs" because it serves as an adverb in this case, modifying "barrocos" the adjective, and therefore does not agree with the noun - Mike :)
