light and skid-mounted marine equipment

I think that it fits well the description: "Light and skid-mounted marine equipment (minimum weight and space) to acuate on wells."

Suerte!

"lighten" and "packaged"

They are trying to ask that the cargo be made as light as possible, and packaged accordingly, in order to ease transport/installation, etc.. This is why they tell you they want minimal weight and space (minimo peso y espacio). "Aligerar"comes from "ligero", which means light or lightweight, in this context.

By the way, ïntervenir pozos\"means to \"tap\"or \"drill\" or \"open up\" wells.
