"lighten" and "packaged"
They are trying to ask that the cargo be made as light as possible, and packaged accordingly, in order to ease transport/installation, etc.. This is why they tell you they want minimal weight and space (minimo peso y espacio). "Aligerar"comes from "ligero", which means light or lightweight, in this context.
