university fees

when you talk about "matrícula" you are normally talking about the entry fees
Peer comment(s):

disagree BelkisDV : Why would the fees be listed on a certificate?

for the same reason they would talk about enrollment or registration
agree Paula Morabito : University registration fee.

or entry fee, ...unless the asker clarifies about the sentence she is bound to get the wrong answers. Thanks Paula.

[professional] license

Hola Silvina

University Study/matriculation

i also agree with Xenia and Swistel's answers - The usual meaning for 'matricula' is enrollment/registration or matriculation. BUT...

I think that if the context is a certificate, it may make sense to translate as 'University Study' or 'Period of University Study'. I am suggesting that what is implied here is that the certificate shows the that the person was enrolled at a University for a certain period, and that is all - if the context does imply this, then you do not necesarily have to translate the phrase directly in order to make the meaning clear.
