Please, don't stop writing and telling me about your family.

The expression "(no) dejar de" means "(don't) stop (doing something)".

Keep on writing and talking about your family

"no dejes" = don't stop. But the English "don't stop" doesn't sound as conversational as the Spanish "no dejes" sounds here, so I think "Keep on...." sounds better.

BE SURE TO WRITE AND TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FAMILY.

I can see where you might think it says to not write but "no dejes" means something like "don't leave out" - in other words, be SURE to write. That's just the way we say it in Mexico, like "no dejes de cerrar la puerta" Is be sure to close the door - or don't forget to close the door. Hope this helps! Good luck!
