Hola Marita: Busqué en el diccionario médico y pienso que se refiere a los movimientos que tienen que hacerle a un paraplégico para que no se le atrofien los músculos, de una forma estricta, o sea sin cambios, en bloques o sea poco a poco. Espero te sirva. Aquí te dejo las definiciones.
