Spanish term
quistes ductales en ductos de mediano tamaño
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical: Health Care
Breast oncology - breast cancer
This excerpt seems ambiguous to me, would it be "Duct cysts in medium-sized ducts" or "medium-sized duct cysts in ducts"? What follows after is "[...], algunos con contenido ectásico albuminoso y células espumosas". Having the rest of that sentence translated would be useful. "some with albuminous ectatic content and foamy cells" would be my initial go at it, any medical jargon advice on this one? Thanks!

intraductal cysts in medium-sized ducts
OK. absent more context, I'm going to opt for this interpretation because medium-sized cysts would be a rather sloppy description and reason for considerable concern, which doesn't seem to match the context that we already have.

To expand on this interpretation, it's reasonable to describe a duct as "medium-sized," but cysts would need a more refined description. More examples of "medium-sized ducts":

As for your second query, I am afraid that you will have to ask a new question to respect one of the KudoZ rules (only one term/phrase per question).
