Thanks liz. I am not sure about that though; I'd say that breast swelling would convey a generalized, diffuse inflammation/enlargement of the breast while lump (just as "tumoración") conveys a localized "bump". Always nice reading you anyway!

I am not positive, but given the context, it seems like the author is simply saying "Tumor." I would translate this as follows:

ABDOMEN SOFT AND PALPABLE WITHOUT TUMOR. RIGHT BREAST PRESENTS TUMOR ON INNER LOWER QUADRANT.
