Ultrasound
Not at all sure about "articulaciones entesicas". I can't find anything like it in English. Entheses are the sites of attachment of ligaments, tendons, and joint capsules to bone but they are not joints. Thoughts?

enthesis
En el contexto dado, diría que no se alude a patología entésica sino a otra localización donde aparece clínica correspondiente de artritis inflamatoria;

Definitely, and as you point out, "articulación" is not the proper term here. No matter what the context makes it understandable as the original states (signs of) inflammatory arthritis and new or ongoing symptoms at glenohumeral (joint), acromioclavicular (joint), elbow (joint), (...) and enthesis (this is, at the "insertion sites" where a tendon, ligament or joint capsule attaches to bone).
There is a possibility that the original is trying to convey a more specific idea as (at) joint capsule enthesis, but the lack of any similar reference in Spanish and the given context makes me think that enthesis is the correct rendering in this case.

enthesitis
I could not find the term "articulaciones entesicas" nor in Spanish or English. I think it refers to joints where the component of enthesis inflammation is important.

Enthesopathies
The pathologies of tendon and ligament attachments are called enthesopathies. Enthesitis is one of enthesopathies and it is considered a characteristic sign of rheumatic diseases from the spondyloarthritis group, including peripheral spondyloarthritis.
