It's a about pancreatic cancer. However, on research I'm seeing that it's a common notification added to these types of medical documents in Spanish, but I'm not able to find a relevant translation. I don't think it has a connection with the patient's condition, I think it's just standard - I could be wrong.

Context ACR could also mean American College of Radiology ... not to mention Asociación Colombiana de Radiología (or Reumatología). Providing more context and background information -- patient's diagnosis and treatment/procedures performed, for example -- can help pinpoint the correct meaning.
