talocrural

The most usual term, I think. It's the ankle joint proper, where the tibia and fibula meet the talus. The astragalus is another name for the talus bone and tibiopereneo refers to the tibia and fibula.

"The talus also articulates with the tibia and fibula to create the talocrural joint."
https://www.kenhub.com/en/library/anatomy/talus

"The main bones of the ankle region are the talus (in the foot), and the tibia and fibula (in the leg). The talocrural joint is a synovial hinge joint that connects the distal ends of the tibia and fibula in the lower limb with the proximal end of the talus."

And of course subastragalinas will be subtalar. The talocalcaneonavicular joint is a bit lower down; it connects the talus to the navicular and calcaneus, which are bones in the foot.
