CA: NORMAL HEART SOUNDS WITH REGULAR HEART RHYTHM
La frase está mal redactada en español, los ruidos (tonos) cardíacos no tienen ritmo. Entiendo como cardióloga que se refiere a que no existen arritmias en la auscultación, o sea que el ritmo cardíaco es regular.

: I don't think so ... too literal, and you find very few instances of on native English-speaking reports on the internet . I use "regular heart sounds" for this

Rhythmic tones
Just talked to my husband, he is a physician, and he told me that rhythmic sounds would be the most appropriate. Rhythmic sounds can have murmurs also, so "without murmurs" is out of question. Normal or regular can also be used, but it doesn't describe the tones properly, rhythm being one of the important qualities of the tones.
