OS a 40 cms.

Video esophagogastroduodenoscopy report, probably but not definitely from Argentina.

ESOFAGO: Mucosa de caracteristicas normales. Calibre conservado. Contractilidad normal. OS a 40 cms. cierre diafragmatico a 40 cms.

I'm just not sure what the OS stands for.

GE [gastroesophageal] junction at 40 cm

"OS" here is "orificio superior [del estómago]", i.e. the cardia. The distance is usually measured from the teeth.
