Sobre la zona germinativa se observan la presencia de células con fenotipo condrocito (asterisco), laguna celular y núcleos grandes, muy próximos a la zona de hueso rugoso, lo que sugería una relación más íntima entre zona germinativa y el RB.

Unfortunately I don't have the image, only the description. Perhaps they are referring to the cytoplasm or to serum?

In the section mentioned, are they still talking about normal bone formation or is it about abnormal formations?
