amenguiver = Amann Girrbach; flechadora =fresadora "Amann Girrbach" is a renowned manufacturer of dental milling machines (fresadoras). It would make sense phonetically.

This text is clearly pretty messed up. Maybe it's an automatic transcription of a recording. If you've ever watched a video with automatic subtitling on YouTube you'll know what I mean. If the audio is indistinct you can get all kinds of rubbish.
