For the expedición, I would say "shipping," although dispatch would be OK.
The "planes" sound to me more like instructions or provisions, just based on that sentence. Does that fit your overall context?

Since and \"expedidor\" is a forwarder, through the context and logic it would seem logical that \"expedición\" in this case would be forwarding.
