In Franco's days, the Spanish contitution had a number of laws called "Leyes Fundamentales del Estado".
Amongst them, we had "Fuero de los Españoles" and "Fuero del Trabajo"
They were the general statutes defining the rights and duties of the Spanish citizens towards the nation and the general rules of employment.
I know this because we had to learn them by heart in order to pass our exams.
