For <Disposiciones Complementales, Transitorias y Finales> I would suggest Supplementary, Transitory and Final Provisions (as in Bylaws provisions), unless there is strong evidence in the context to suggest that the <disposiciones> are resolutions. It would be unusual to use <disposición> rather than <acuerdo> or <resolución> for <resolution>
