Esta frase se encuentra en un sello y dice: Capital Federal . República Argentina.

Podría poner: Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The ARgentine Republic
Estaría bien?

@Daniela You are only required to translate what is there on the page. If there has been a subsequent name change, you don't need to express that in your translation, unless it would actually be confusing for your readership, in which case a footnote might be in order.
