I am having a difficult time figuring out what it means when someone is in a city "accidentalmente". I am working on the documents associated with a will that is being contested.
Here is a sample of the use in context:
El señor quien por sus generales manifiesta ser de Nacionalidad Estadounidense de Los Estados Unidos de América, soltero, mayor de edad, ... con domicilio conocido en la ciudad de XXX, Sinaloa, y ACCIDENTALMENTE en esta ciudad.

I agree with John that it effectively means "by chance" or "as luck would have it" but I think that sounds a little strange in the context. Perhaps this would be more appropriate.

In Spanish law (public deeds for example), the term "domicilio accidental" is an address which is not the habitual residence. I would say it's a provisional address.
