The principle of orality is established as a basic principle in modern civil Procedural law. Since the reform movement of European judicial proceedings in 19th century, This principle which is the banner of reform, discretion , direct inquisition test and collective inquisition has together brought out the modern centering on court trial litigation mode which is based on oral statement, public hearing, direct inquisition test and bench trial. - See more at: http://www.research-degree-thesis.com/law/litigation-law-jud...

Orality = noun, oral = adjective. Once I saw that, I did not read your reference material and provided my answer. Mea culpa!

Oral Hearings track

Orality is uncommon even if used in Oz and, when spoken, is confusable with aurality.
Example sentence:

A hearing is generally distinguished from a trial in that it is usually shorter and often less formal. In the course of litigation, hearings are conducted as oral .

Peer comment(s):

agree Edward Potter : I agree "orality" is unusual. "Oral" sounds better to me. Your suggestion is the best so far.

Thanks. I'd actually thought of a Hearing in Chambers, but that is a secret process.
neutral AllegroTrans : It's a good suggestion but I would like to see evidence that this Court uses different "tracks"

It was a way round a separate Oral Hearings Division and also a section 1 vs. 2 paper vs. argued committal for an albeit criminal trial in E&W.
