Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
In the "fundamentos de derecho" section of a lawsuit:
"los Tribunales españoles son competentes en virtud del artículo 3.1 a) cirnst. 2ª y 5ª del Reglamento (CE) nº 2201/2003 del Consejo"
Logic tells me it might be "point". Either that or nothing at all.
Any ideas?
