I'm a sworn translator since 1986 and translate this kind of "Juzgado" as Trial Court since, not being a perfectly similar one in the UK, the "Diccionario de términos jurídicos" Alcaraz Varó-Hughes says the closest term is Trial Court. Good luck.

: agree entirely about Courts not being equivalent (they never are) but I prefer "pronounced" to "issued" when referring to a divorce decree, which is what we have here

Por sentencia de veintidós de diciembre... "sentencia" = "judgment", so I'll stick with "entered"!
