Se trata de un contrato de préstamo entre un banco y una empresa. Luego de que la enumeración de los bienes y derechos otorgados en garantía, dice:
"El Prestatario se obliga a que todos los bienes y derechos otorgados en garantía, permanezcan durante todo el plazo del contrato, libres de gravámenes y de cualquier otra **anotación** o limitación, embargo o litigio que afecten los bienes y derechos del Banco."
