Closed Capacity

Capacity is an element of contracts; it means that a person is legally able to enter into a contract, or not, if capacity is closed.
Peer comment(s):

disagree philgoddard : It's nothing to do with contracts, carácter doesn't mean capacity, and "closed capacity" doesn't make sense. Apart from that, your answer is fine.

"Tener un carácter" means "to be of a .... nature", and can often be translated simply as "to be".
