The lessee, I think.
AllegroTrans Aug 27, 2014:
Is JM the owner, or the lessee?
philgoddard Aug 27, 2014:
"Posee a título de arrendamiento" simply means they rent it (ie from someone else). But are you sure they're renting it out to a third party?

Spanish term (edited): poseer a título de arrendamiento/subarriendo

possess on (demise) charter (ship)/subcharter

Declined
contrato de arrendamiento: charter party vs. lease or tenancy agreement of land

subarriendo of premises: underlease of a head lease, then goes to sub-underlease.

Amazingly, an Englishwoman Solicitor 'teaching' contract at the College - now University - of Law at Bloomsbury in London 20 years agp did not know what the right term was for the rental of a boat or ocean-going vessel.

Example sentence:

A voyage charter is the hiring of a vessel and crew for a voyage between a load port and a discharge port. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chartering_(shipping)
