I know that this term is often translated as: performance bond, but I believe here the context is more general, as they are not necessarily talking about economic guarantees, but fulfilment of a contract.
"Los acuerdos, convenios, contratos u otros equivalentes que se establezcan entre las partes involucradas en el proyecto de acceso deberán contener como mínimo las siguientes condiciones: ...***Garantía de fiel cumplimiento*** que podrá tener la forma ***de carta fianza bancaria***"
Right now I have translated this as:
"Guarantee of faithful performance that may take the form of a performance bond"
and want to make sure this is a faithful translation. Or would it be better to say "a performance bond that may take the form of a bank letter." ???
