The security offering has 5 main acting areas/field of action???, which are structured in different service lines, covering each of the different security competence areas, by means of the best techniques.

fields of action
If the paragraph refers to the different areas that the security service should cover, this might work. Other possibility could be "domain", but it doesn't seem to be the context.

The Spanish is extremely wordy, and says almost nothing. I would condense it drastically (perhaps with a note to the customer explaining why), and say something like this:
"The security module is divided into five sub-modules, each carrying out a different function and each using state-of-the-art technology."
"The security module is divided into five sub-modules, each carrying out a different function and each using state-of-the-art technology."
Note from asker:
I suggested this to the client becasue i agree with you, but he likes his Spanish version and wants me to follow that, thanks anyway It would have been much better your option |

: I'd explain to the author that "dominios" is not a good lexical choice if he doesn't mean "domains"...

Domains of action
