"Provide data on" is neat and expresses in general terms what is involved (the statistics clearly do provide data on the indicators), but I think "que permitan dar salida a" means something more specific, and that we could and should try to get closer to that specific meaning.

To my mind, "salida" here means the solution to a problem, as in DRAE definition 7: "Medio o razón con que se vence un argumento, dificultad o peligro". So "dar salida a" means something like provide a solution or an answer to the question of establishing the indicators. This makes sense of "permitan": the statistics allow (us) to reach this "salida". So in effect, "dar salida a algunos de los indicadores" means establish some of the indicators. It's more than providing data on/for them; it's determining them. One might say "resolve", but I don't think "resolve some of the indicators" quite works. To resolve them amounts to establishing them.

For permitir + infinitive, I often tend to feel that "enable" is more idiomatic than "allow". It needs an object, so it has to be "enable us to" or "enable one to". Alternatively, to keep it impersonal, you can say "make it possible to", but that makes it a bit longer, and in the context I think a briefer expression is more desirable.

If you want to cut it down further, I wouldn't rule out omitting "permitan", and just saying "statistics that establish some of the indicators". But I do think you need "establish", or something equivalent, to reflect the sense of "salida" as a solution.
