Una vez cumplidos los plazos de reintegración de granos o dinero, el escribano, de acuerdo con la Junta, formará una nómina de deudores, de acuerdo con lo asentado en el libro. El escribano lo entregaba al Depositario para que verificase las entradas o pagos previstos (Libro de resultas). Pasadas las diligencias correspondientes, los impagos pasaban a las justicias de los pueblos.

Sorry for giving so many answers, but you can use any of them.
"Resultas," in plural, are bonds or contracts which having had credit in a particular budget, were not paid in time, and are moved as a special item into another budget.
In this context, it has nothing to do with "a resultas de," which in English is "as a result of."

I've sort of derived this form the fact that "estar a resultas de" means "to keep track of".
