This reads like a standard phrase in the way that, say, Ways and Means Committee is in English, so I don't think the literal "facts, acts and documents" is the best solution.

I think adding "accounting event" (for "hechos" ) to "books" or "books of account" as ViBe suggests would be slightly tautological whereas "books, documents and records" seems like a more natural collocation in English though, of course, several combinations are possible...

I think hechos means here hechos relevantes - a concept in account auditing, these are communications regarding significant events.
They may form a separate document.
