follow up Hey- that link produces the same result as the one I pasted. Google does not distinguish between "gender practice" and "gender, practice" and pages where those two words appear but not next to each other, and I don't know if there is a way to force it do do so or how to do it if there is... I'll have a look at the hits that are related to human development

context beyond what I have already written above: the cited source text is an item on a list which appears in a summary of principles and programs of the human development proposal. The first principle listed is socioeconomic well-being for the population in question. Underneath this principle are listed several programs. One of these programs is a food soverignty program. In this section, after a brief discription of the program, there is a list of items, which appear in bullet point/outline style, which are elements of support for said program provided in part by an already existing anti-hunger program. Among these appears the source text cited above.

I must say I am rather suspicious of the suggested "gender practice" precisely because of the context which does not mention "gender" as such anywhere else...
also http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=gender practice&btnG=Se... reveals first page search results which for the most part are unrelated contextually and are "gender, practice" but not "gender practice"...
