clusiales

Clusiales is the scientific name for an order (not a family).

In English, the scientific name is also used.

Clusiaceae OR: mangosteen family OR: mangosteens

There seems to be a LOT of confusion about the family and the order names; a lot of synonyms. Even though Clusiales is the name of an order (or at least a synonym), I would go with the family name, which is what is used most commonly used.

It is also called the 'St. John's wort family' and Guttifereae

Just avoid saying *'the Clusiaceae family' - even though you see it below.
