I don't think contradiction is a good choice in Spanish there, looks more like a disagreement between him and Mrs. Kirchner.

Spanish term (edited): quien ha manifestado algunas contradicciones con la Presidenta

who has clashed with the President on a number of

You haven't really provided enough context to know exactly how to go about the overall sentence structure. Especially how to deal with "algunas". So my suggestion is based on this New York Times article:

"After Frosty Past, Pope Meets Argentine Leader
Published: March 18, 2013
VATICAN CITY — A day before his formal installation, Pope Francis met privately on Monday with Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, the president of his native Argentina, with whom he had clashed over social issues like Argentina’s legalization of same-sex marriage."

Hope this helps :)
Example sentence:

...quien ha manifestado algunas contradicciones con la Presidenta...

...who has clashed with the President on a number of...

neutral Billh : can you state a 'clash'???????

You can in a typical Spanish sentence structure. But it's redundant in the English mostly (which is why I haven't mentioned it).
