Presumably, this is a list of sandwiches. *Lomo* would then stand for *steak*, used in the loose sense (i.e., the beef used in such sandwiches is probably not of the highest quality).
Another possibility would be *cheesesteak* as in *Philadelphia cheesesteak (sandwiches/subs).

"Lomo con queso" is a tipical sandwich usually made with pork loin and cheese

if this is cured lomo sausage - depends what the context is and where it's or, but lately there are lots of cured sausage/salami products (whole ones, I mean, with names in orig. lang. mostly) on sale in UK supermarkets like Waitrose and Sainsbury's - you can explain it's cured pork loin sausage with cheese or whatever

Pata negra hams and lomo Iberico, cured pork loin in sausage casing, are both from the Iberian pig, which is fed on acorns (don't keep these in the refrigerator because the salt will leach out).
