Spanish term

Titular de Sucursal

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
At the top of this business letter showing details of the issuer, "Titular de Sucursal" appears for which I am having trouble finding the meaning. However, at the bottom of said letter it shows the same details of the issue except instead of "titular de surcursal" it says "Director de Surcursal.", which is leading me to believe that they both mean Branch Manager. Or I am mistaken?

AllegroTrans Oct 2, 2014:
Ah you didn't tell us that, so in all probability both terms have the same intended meaning
Seth Phillips (asker) Oct 1, 2014:
They are both listed as professional title... under the name of the same issuer of business letter, so what else could titular de surcursal possible mean if not Branch Manager?
AllegroTrans Oct 1, 2014:
Asker both "titular" and "director" are being used. I don;t think you can just assume they have the same meaning.
Seth Phillips (asker) Oct 1, 2014:
Forgot to mention... ... that it's indeed banking related.

Branch Manager/Office Manager

It looks as if this relates to the banking industry. If so, I would rather translate it as branch manager, otherwise office manager may fit here as well.
