The context for this is financial. As in "representé la fiduciaria ante los entes reguladores y gremiales en el mercado local...............nuevas oportunidades de negocio para los productos de custodia local y fiducia estructurada.
Obviously the business here is a Trust, but feels like it should be translated Trust Fund (or Structured Trust Fund) in the financial context here. so is the best translation "Trust", Trust fund, or Trust Fund Managers" for fiduciaria? Or are all three acceptible depending on the context?

Obviously, as long as it is written correctly, since there is no personal "a" before trustee, the trustee is an entity and not a person.

I understand your concern about translating this as "Trust", Trust fund, or Trust Fund Managers", but I examined 6 bilingual legal and/or business dictionaries, and could not find any confirmation for the same.
Even in this context, the trustee may have a large portion of his trust invested and be concerned about either the regulatory entities or the actua trust fund or mangers themselves, and thus have legal representation to talk to the regulators. Of course this i all speclation.
