I am translating a contract where a list of local currencies is included, and at the end of said list, appear the terms "regional fija" and "regional móvil". Is this "fixed" and "unfixed"? In both cases, the currency of reference is USD.

argosys Feb 24, 2009: Exchange rates Exchange rates can be fixed in relation to another currency or pegged to a basket of currencies, or they could be floating exchange rates. One cannot tell exactly from the description given.
