Hi Sherry, I am still not 100% sure, but, given context "auditor who compiles a company's information and issues a report" Guendalina provided a proposal "Lead Auditor". Could be Chief Auditor, Head Auditor ...?. Why not leave it open and see what others may have to say? Thanks.

Hello Taña: My context is limited regarding this specific term. It appears there are two auditors from two different companies and this is one of them.

I asked my husband. He is an accountant and works for a big accounting firm. He mentioned in some countries by law, there are two auditors performing the audit and the one that signs the report would be referred to as "lead auditor" Hope this helps!
