the sentence is "La cuenta de ahorro a plazo agrupa uno o varios depósitos con coincidencia de Titulares, de personas autorizadas para la disposición de las mismas, de condiciones de disponibilidad, de domicilio y de moneda"
The whole part "con coincidencia de Titulares, de personas autorizadas para la disposición de las mismas, de condiciones de" is a little ambiguous for me, to be honest.

I'm sure this could be improved but doesn't con coincidencia mean that the accounts have to have the same person

I used "Owners" because I wasn't really sure whether the text was using "Titulares" as "account holders" or "deposit owners", but the idea is just what you wrote below.
