From a Uruguayan educational certificate. I don't understand what is meant by the phrase "que tengo a la vista en mi estudio profesional". Is it "see" or "has seen"? And is it "study" or even referring to some sort of office? Basically, I'm really lost with it. TIA for helping me untangle it.

The notary compares in his office a copy or a summary with an original.
The Spanish text is pretty confusing and its grammar quite questionable.
