PICADA PARRILLERA (Parrilla Picada, depending on where yu are in Latin America)
How do I say that in English?
For context, I found it on a Menu from Paraguay
"Picada parrillera" is a popular dish in Latin American cuisine, particularly in countries like Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. It is a platter or assortment of grilled or barbecued meats and various accompaniments, served as a shared appetizer or main course. The word "picada" translates to "snack" or "nibble," and "parrillera" refers to the grill or barbecue, so the name implies a selection of grilled or barbecued items.
The contents of a "picada parrillera" can vary depending on the restaurant or region, but it typically includes a variety of grilled or barbecued meats, such as cubed beef (lomito), cubed chicken, chorizo sausages, and sometimes other cuts like morcilla (blood sausage) or chicken wings. The meats are often seasoned with traditional spices or marinades to enhance their flavors.
In addition to the meats, a "picada parrillera" may include accompaniments like "sopa paraguaya" (a traditional cornbread from Paraguay), rustic or fried potatoes, and various sauces or dips like "salsita criolla" and chimichurri. The "salsita criolla" is a tangy salsa made with chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and vinegar, while chimichurri is a popular green sauce made from parsley, garlic, vinegar, and oil.

South American mixed grill
I believe you need to indicate the type of mixed grill since most coutries have one.
Review of Cascara South American grill in Hessle
two of the mixed grills (£19) which included sirloin steak, cross-cut rib, skirt, blade, creole sausage and chicken thigh, alongside grilled potatoes, padron peppers and chimichurri sauce.

: Agree with your idea, but with the addition of 'platter' at the end, to indicate a shared dish// fair enough, but LATAM food usually served on large oval platters where people all dip in and take what they want.;

That would depend on the restaurant. Usually they indicate how many people the dish is meant for, if that is the case, and give different options and prices

: Agree with Phil. This is a good description, to go in brackets after the Spanish.

This also makes the dishes sound more attractive and exotic than a translation would. People want to feel they're experiencing the local cuisine.
