For context, I found it on a Menu from Paraguay

Any reasonably high-class restaurant in a tourist area will list the dishes in Spanish, with an English explanation (which María has already given us) underneath.

This also makes the dishes sound more attractive and exotic than a translation would. People want to feel they're experiencing the local cuisine.

That's all very well, Phil.... but by leaving it in Spanish you'd be alienating the majority of the English speaking audience! It's something along the lines of a Tex Mex Platter.

That would depend on the restaurant. Usually they indicate how many people the dish is meant for, if that is the case, and give different options and prices

Mixed grill sharing platter

In English you need something generic which is understood bt everybody, hence my suggestion.
