Depende de en qué parte de la carta esté Si está en la columna de los platos, que ya te digo yo que en España no va a ser, sería catch of the day, que es como soup of the day, etc.; si está en la columna de los precios, que es donde está, me juego lo que sea, sí es una carta española, es market price. Por cierto, es muy infantil dar un disagree solo porque no están de acuerdo contigo. Yo te di un neutral y te hice mi comentario, a pesar de estar en total desacuerdo.

Unlike Gareth, I see this as referring to availability and the market, as some products are seasonal.

You could also use "As/When available"... "Depending on availability". I don't think you need to mention the market.

Market price

Yo diría que se refiere al precio y a la disponibilidad, según he visto yo siempre. ¿O pone según lonja y luego el precio? Si solo pone según lonja, en inglés usamos market price.
