John, this is sort of a wild guess. I have never heard the term "marco retornado", and I find no web references whatsoever, but given the context, it could make sense. Steel doors used in cleanrooms usually have a seal between frame and door to prevent air leakage, and a "wrap around" frame (it wraps around the wall end) to guarantee an air tight frame-wall joint.

It's a safety measure to make certain they close after being opened and the room remains sealed. I'm not adding your answer to the glossary, but I appreciate your help and time!"
