I was thinking powers of attorney, but I'm not convinced. I would appreciate any insight/suggestions.
Thank you in advance.

(AmE/CanE) Certificate of subsistence of the legal representative's powers
I'm unsure from the map of the asker's location whether she is the US side in Seattle or the Canadian side in Victoria or Vancouver.
Obviously, the other respondents aren't bothered by this localis/zation point , whilst I feel subsistence of the powers - namely subsisting and conintuing authprities vs. a valid PoA mean two different things Transatlantically.

certification of valid power of attorney
Yes, your suggestion is right. It's not the power of attorney itself, but certification by the authorities that it exists.
You could also do a more literal translation, "powers to act as the company's legal representative", which is fine too, but "power of attorney" is more concise.

: This may well not be a POA but simply a written authority// sorry no, a simple written authority is not a POA - a POA must have specified wording and is signed as a deed - check your law Mr. Phil

That's what power of attorney means. It's a written authority to act on someone else's behalf.// I granted power of attorney to a friend in the UK. It was a single paragraph in my words, no lawyers involved, and the banks and tax authorities accepted it.
