Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Letter of guarantee clause

I'd like to rephrase the whole sentence to sound more natural in English (I couldn't find any entry with the construction "This guarantee shall be unconditionally available to")

Many thanks

Do we already know that the guarantee is being provided to xxx? If so, there's no need to repeat this information, and you can just say "this guarantee is unconditional, and shall not require..."

xxx will have the unconditional authority to dispose of

This phrase seems to be quite common, although not necessarily in terms of finance.
