Discussion

Pamela Peterson (asker) Sep 1, 2010:
This person works for one of the big stores that sell everything from food to clothes.

Sounds like a super/hypermarket or a shipping warehouse, as they sell perishable goods. I reckon it's just "receipts" too, although within the same company it could be "stock release receipts/forms" since they are apparently referring to goods transferred between departments (sales -> perishables)
Jonathan Norris Aug 31, 2010:
What kind of company does this person work for? This could be something simple like "receipts/order forms for merchandise."

Goods receipts.. etc

Often also designated "delivery notes" or"despatch advices", basically it refers to receipts for goods ordered/shipped/received/.
In Spain, these items are often expressed simply as "albarán", which can lead to confusion.
